This paper is the first part of a contract between Damart and Abraham Baltazar where they were going to work as two patners for Damart store. 
For some reasons, days after deposit two thousand dolars Abraham Baltazar doesn't want to complete the process to the partnership contract by refusing to give the two other thousand dolars. He want his money back. Now the problem is, Damart want him to sign a paper where he will confirm that willingly he decides to terminate everything and ask to get his money back. Damart is waiting for that paper before he gives the money back.
 
Meanwhile Damart is very upset now because Baltazar Abraham starts to call people to tell them that Damart owes him 2000 dolars  and doesn't want to give his money back. (watch first reaction of Damart)

Now after waiting more than 15 days with no answer from Mr and Ms Abraham Baltazar, Damart is trying to solve the problem in two different ways. First he is trying to solve the problem peacefully. since they are brothers and sisters from the same church(HAITIAN EVANGELICAL BAPTIST CHURCH), According to the word of God, the Bible says when two brothers have and argument, the pastor or one of the leaders of the church has to meet them and try to solve the problem. 
Exactly, this is what Damart is trying to do since the frist day that matter.
Damart called the pastor of the HEBC (Yves Ceron) asking him to meet them, But it's like the pastor has his reason for not interfering in that situation.

Also Damart talked to two other leader of the church but it was in vain. both say to Damart that the pastor is the only one who has right to do something

Seeing that, there is no way to find a solution passing by the church. Now damart is attempting a way that will lead Mr Baltazar and him to the court definitely. 

So, Monday 20th august 2012 Damart send the following letter to Mr and Ms Abraham Baltazar

Today, Damart received a letter from the layers of Mrs. Baltazar Abraham. in that letter the layers ask Damart to give back the 2000 dollars very promptly. If not they will take 50% of Damart store or get the 2000 dollars back with interest and attorney fees.  remember according to Damart he has no problem to give the money back the money is available, he wants Mr Baltazar to sign the paper first.    ....................... to be continued.   ************************************************************************
